America’s Award winning Mix show DJ, The Riddler, can now be heard Nationally on Sirius/XM BPM every Saturday night at 8pm EST.

DJ Riddler, also known as The Riddler (born Rich Pangilinan in Chicago, Illinois) is a Filipino-American dance DJ, Producer, Remixer on the air Nationally on Sirius/XM BPM, in New York City WKTU 103.5FM and on KKHH Hot 95.7 FM in Houston, TX.

His career started like many-in the bedroom. However, it didn’t take very long before he went from Mobile DJ, to Club DJ, to Radio DJ. Rippin’ Rich as he was known in 1988, got on the air as a mixshow DJ on then Rhythmic Top 40 station KNRJ – Energy 96.5. As one of the members of the Mixmaster Five, Rippin’ Rich was rockin’ the Houston Airwaves with a variety of House, Freestyle, Hip-Hop, and pop. Over the next couple of years he would hold club residencies all over Texas – Houston, Austin, San Antonio.

In 1993, he joined 104.1 KRBE under then PD Tom Poleman and MD Paul “Cubby” Bryant and started the first in-house mixshow called The Beat. Dropping “Rippin” and just by going under DJ Rich, he continued his radio mixshow persona and style to the airwaves. Later that year, DJ Rich would pick up mixshows in Austin-KHFI and San Antonio-KTFM.

In 1995, he left Texas for New York City to work for Tommy Boy Records and the very next year, he re-joined Tom and Cubby at WHTZ-Z100 as their mix show DJ. There DJ Rich would continue the mixshow Planet Z until 2000.

In 2000, due to the Clearchannel merger, DJ Rich was moved to sister station and New York Dance leader 103.5 WKTU. Then PD, Frankie Blu and MD Jeff Z changed DJ Rich’s name to The Riddler and DJ Riddler was born.

Over the years, Riddler has won numerous awards for his Radio Mix shows and CD compilations.  Most notably, Riddler won Best Radio Mix show DJ in 2001 and 2003 at the International Dance Music Awards during the Miami Winter Music Conference.  In 2005, he also won Best CD compilation at the same awards show for his CD – Ultra Dance 06.  He has released over 17 Mixed CD compilations, numerous singles and one Full-length artist CD selling well over 2 million copies cumulatively.

Beyond the Radio Mix shows and CD compilations, Rich Pangilinan is a notable Producer and Remixer.  Over the years he has remixed with his production partner Albert Castillo under the name AL B. Rich some of the big names in the music industry like Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Christina Aguilera, Pink, and others.  The two produced the hit single “The Anthem” for then TVT artist Pitbull for his 2007 CD Boatlift.
